It was a really neat service Angela. The rest of the family really had a hard time with the finality of the burial at sea. I however, thought is was a wonderful event. I know that Dad was smiling down on me, saying "If anyone could get a cruiseline to take care of my burial, it would be Phyllis"! I smiled and sang right along with the Reggae lead singer, as he sang "Three Little Birds" just before Dad was buried! A fitting song on a beautiful Caribbean day!
On Nov. 5, 2007, my dad, Dale Stover, was diagnosed with lung cancer. At 78 years old and in relatively poor pulmonary health, this didn't come as a huge surprise.

This is the story of my dad's journey from diagnosis to cure. My dad has lots of friends and family that care about him and want to know how he is doing. This is my meager attempt at getting that information out there for them...and saving me a lot of repetitive phone conversations!
